Julio Noe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amancio Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in UlTrAeiA's zone, Amancio Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Noe came out of the goal and Amancio Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, UlTrAeiA's goalkeeper Julio Noe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Fonso. 25 minutes into the game, Club Atlético La Plata's Amancio Fonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Noe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After some careless play in the UlTrAeiA defense, Amancio Fonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Noe. The UlTrAeiA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Noe should have stopped the shot. Eleuterio Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Buinton in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute Isaias Garoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Julio Noe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Cisco took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Noe. Julio Noe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Cutberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Freddy Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UlTrAeiA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Cutberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Club Atlético La Plata's goalkeeper Eleuterio Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Garoa. Isaias Garoa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 57th playminute. In the 60th minute, Evelio Pueblo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eleuterio Flor, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético La Plata's zone, Freddy Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Cisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Noe having to interfere. Julio Noe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Weather, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Amancio Fonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Noe having to interfere. Club Atlético La Plata's Evaristo Weather got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amancio Fonso scored 6-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Noe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Fonso in the 90th minute of play forced UlTrAeiA's goalkeeper Julio Noe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Noe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Fonso in the 92nd minute of the match. Julio Noe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Cisco's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
