Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilio Blai started the match with the kick off. Roque Cordeara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Rameriz having to make a save. Mauro Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Benedicto Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Elorri having to interfere. Emilio Blai took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Rameriz. Ernesto Rameriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Emilio Blai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Roque Cordeara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shaqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Cordeara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Rameriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafino Erramun's late challenge caught a Shaqui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafino Erramun helped the player get up and apologised. Serafino Erramun hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Roque Cordeara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaspar Iruinea was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Pulpera FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mauro Teyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Elorri having to interfere. Mauro Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Mauro Teyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Elorri was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. A collision led to Shaqui getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ulises Eron hit a great ball. If Gaspar Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Gora hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Teyo to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Shaqui's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Gonsalvo came free, but Benedicto Elorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Shaqui booed when Pulpera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Quilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Roque Cordeara came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Shaqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Cordeara couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Emilio Blai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Emilio Blai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernesto Rameriz. That made the score 0-2 in the 78 minute of play. Gaspar Iruinea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Benedicto Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Shaqui had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
