Justo Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Carrilobo's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Lleir came free, but Arturo Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrilobo's Arturo Gomesano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Carrilobo from getting a goal against them. If Aurelio Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Carrilobo's Godofredo Reynardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ceferino Vistruario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ceferino Vistruario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Bernaldo in the 31st minute of the match. Ceferino Vistruario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Reynardo in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Americo Bernaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ceferino Vistruario. Holdich's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Bernaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 41 minutes, Hector Erruki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holdich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Erruki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Bernaldo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After the first half Carrilobo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Bernaldo got free with Ceferino Vistruario in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Carrilobo's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Erruki came free, but Arturo Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60th play minutes Americo Bernaldo shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ceferino Vistruario and just under the crossbar into goal. Jacobo Bartolome hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes Holdich got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Argenis. With a little luck, Holdich's Ceferino Vistruario got control of the ball when Justo Vimaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Montel hit a great ball. When Hector Erruki came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Holdich fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Erruki couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Hector Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
