Elvio Galo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Senen in the 6th minute of the match. Rodrigo Senen scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elvio Galo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nunez Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herminio Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Modestio having to interfere. Chovet's Ruben Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Chovet's Ruben Kelemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nemesio Modestio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Abecia in the 31st minute of play forced Lego F.C's goalkeeper Nemesio Modestio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes of play, Chovet's Ruben Kelemen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nemesio Modestio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elvio Galo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Senen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Jusepe kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Ruben Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Modestio having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herminio Abecia to strike the kick off in the second half. Elvio Galo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Ondino in the 52nd minute. Chovet's Elvio Galo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Chovet from getting a goal against them. If Ruben Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Nemesio Modestio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Ruben Kelemen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nemesio Modestio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chovet's Herminio Abecia got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruben Kelemen struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Nemesio Modestio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chovet. Nemesio Modestio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Kelemen in the 86th minute of the match. Herminio Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nemesio Modestio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Herminio Abecia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chovet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Abecia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lego F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chovet.
