Spectators: 7180 (Terracing: 5387, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernando Fe took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in El Mesón Hostigado's zone, Leonel Isadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Ostadar came out of the goal and Leonel Isadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo Ostadar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Isadore in the 18th minute. With an all-out effort, ESMERALDA F.C.'s Edgardo Ostadar threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Lizar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Aureliano Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Isadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Ostadar having to interfere. Fernando Fe kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Edgardo Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Lizar in the 26th minute of play. Silvestre Ursino hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Modesto Loren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Ostadar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Leonel Isadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aureliano Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Edgardo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Leonel Isadore made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Ostadar. El Mesón Hostigado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes of play, ESMERALDA F.C.'s Aureliano Lizar made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Ostadar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aureliano Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Ostadar having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Hipolito Mikelats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Mesón Hostigado and the ESMERALDA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes El Mesón Hostigado got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Mikelats. 60 minutes into the match, Leonel Isadore notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of El Mesón Hostigado's Edgardo Ostadar. Edgardo Ostadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute Aureliano Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Gerazan in the 65th minute of play forced El Mesón Hostigado's goalkeeper Edgardo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliano Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aureliano Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Isadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Luis Celipe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgardo Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Aureliano Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Edgardo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Isadore in the 79th minute of play forced El Mesón Hostigado's goalkeeper Edgardo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonel Isadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Edgardo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leonel Isadore came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the ESMERALDA F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Isadore couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Epifanio Gerazan made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Ostadar. El Mesón Hostigado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Edgardo Ostadar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aureliano Lizar went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
