Dagenham & Redbridge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resaca FC the free kick. Cayetano Abaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Bermudo in the 51st minute of the match. Adrian Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Vladimiro Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dagenham & Redbridge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Ralondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Adrian Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Dagenham & Redbridge's Adrian Savion sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Abaurre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pascual Jaunzuria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Resaca FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dagenham & Redbridge's performance. The match ended with a win for Dagenham & Redbridge.
