After having played for 12 minutes, Astor Casado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cartel Endorfina F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Casado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ramiro Ieltxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domingo Loramendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Tomi having to interfere. Ramiro Ieltxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gaudencio Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Cartel Endorfina F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Cartel Endorfina F.C.'s Astor Casado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gaudencio Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Ieltxu in the 36th minute of play. Adrian Arano's late challenge caught a Rojas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Arano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Cartel Endorfina F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Arano to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Casado to make the kick off. Casimiro Rey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Casimiro Rey came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Cartel Endorfina F.C.'s Damian Cuarto. But to his dismay, Damian Cuarto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Damian Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Cuarto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Loramendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Tomi having to interfere. 77 minutes in the game, Ramiro Ieltxu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gaudencio Tomi having to interfere. A hard shot 79 in the game by Domingo Loramendi from a close distance when the talented Gaudencio Tomi managed to make a qualified save. Cartel Endorfina F.C.'s players were relieved. Damian Cuarto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casimiro Rey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. If Domingo Loramendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ramiro Ieltxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cartel Endorfina F.C.'s zone, Ramiro Ieltxu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Tomi came out of the goal and Ramiro Ieltxu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
