Ovidio Ederono's late challenge caught a Underground Futbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Ederono helped the player get up and apologised. Ovidio Ederono hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Nicolas Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bernabe Nazario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Santio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Peruanton charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Peruanton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Underground Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Peruanton. After a defensive mix-up in Underground Futbol's zone, Alvaro Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Santio came out of the goal and Alvaro Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Ubelteso got free with Bernabe Nazario in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Inocente in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernabe Nazario saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. Narciso Santio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Bento in the 31st minute of play. Ovidio Ederono took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narciso Santio. Narciso Santio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Celso Ubelteso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Underground Futbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Ubelteso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Nazario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliciano Galeno's late challenge caught a Underground Futbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The wind increased when Nicolas Inocente made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Celso Ubelteso notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of San Lorenzo's Bernabe Nazario. Bernabe Nazario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernabe Nazario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Ubelteso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. San Lorenzo's Bernabe Nazario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Ubelteso in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Inocente in the 66th minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Bernabe Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nicolas Inocente came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Underground Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Inocente couldn't finish the play. The supporters of San Lorenzo booed when Underground Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Larpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Desiderio Peruanton sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and San Lorenzo's Bernabe Nazario didn't even have to move. In the 88th minute, Nicolas Inocente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Ubelteso in the 90th minute of play. Nicolas Inocente struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Bernabe Nazario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Underground Futbol. There was no doubt that Underground Futbol were the better team. Underground Futbol's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
