With an all-out effort, Carrisito's Cornelio Llanos threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angelo Loi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 13 minutes in the game, Alexander-James von der Schulenburg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cornelio Llanos having to interfere. Carrisito's Sergio Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Lluis in the 14th minute of play. Cornelio Llanos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carrisito's Alexander-James von der Schulenburg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Bernaldo during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Armando Bernaldo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. 50 minutes in the game Rafael Pereyra got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander-James von der Schulenburg in the 55th minute of play forced Benavides FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Loi succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Benavides FC's zone, Alexander-James von der Schulenburg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Llanos came out of the goal and Alexander-James von der Schulenburg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cornelio Llanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Loi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Angelo Loi sped through Benavides FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cornelio Llanos. In the 90th minute, Alexander-James von der Schulenburg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carrisito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 95th minute Carrisito were awarded a corner. Dan Bergendahl went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Angelo Loi to score against Cornelio Llanos in Benavides FC's goal. 7-0 after 95 minutes. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Guaberto Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benavides FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Papo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Carrisito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
