A wasted opportunity for Signos FC. 17 minutes into the match, Paraíso AFC's goalkeeper Ariel Etxekopar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Cesario. Ezequiel Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Luciano Peter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Placido Bertol. Signos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Peter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Placido Bertol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Senon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ariel Etxekopar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Signos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Umea came free, but Placido Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Iker Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Cesario might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Etxekopar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Cesario ran back to his position shaking his head. If Iker Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Fernandes to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Signos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Fernandes came free, but Placido Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Signos FC's Placido Bertol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Signos FC from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute of the match, Ivan Umea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Placido Bertol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Placido Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fernandes in the 58th minute of the match. Paraíso AFC's Ariel Etxekopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Senon in the 81st minute of play. When Iker Senon came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Signos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Senon couldn't finish the play. Paraíso AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Signos FC's much stronger midfield.
