Eliseo Matxin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorila AFC. Olivier Dron took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseo Matxin. Eliseo Matxin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Eliseo Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivier Dron in the 14th minute of the match. If Silvano Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dolores FC's Eliseo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Dron in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Marcelo Videl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Eliseo Matxin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dorila AFC's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Marcelo Videl made a precise shot to the right of Eliseo Matxin. Dolores FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Dolores FC's Eliseo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Dron in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Nabar in the 40th minute of play forced Dolores FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Matxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Dolores FC defense, Genaro Eladio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Matxin. The Dolores FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Matxin should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Dolores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Dron came free, but Eliseo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olivier Dron was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Olivier Dron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dolores FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Marcelo Videl scored to the left of an out of position Eliseo Matxin, making the score, 0-8. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Marcelo Videl took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Eliseo Matxin to make any attempt to save it. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Basajaun in the 75th minute of play. Marcelo Videl scored 0-10 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseo Matxin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olivier Dron's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Eliseo Matxin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Dorila AFC's Eliseo Matxin threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Videl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 85 minutes, Florencio Caitano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dorila AFC and the Dolores FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Dolores FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dorila AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
