The long shot by Conrado Phelipe in the 7th minute really tested Orlando Alonso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Blas Baumar charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Baumar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Yutuyaco AFC's Blas Baumar got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Vladimiro Furman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to SC Quarz United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Fabio Domeka hit a great ball. If Vladimiro Furman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Conrado Phelipe sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Orlando Alonso threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Conrado Phelipe this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Furman in the 29th minute of play forced Yutuyaco AFC's goalkeeper Orlando Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, SC Quarz United's Honorio Berbiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Alonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Leonides Sandaili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Amor in the 37th minute of the match. If Honorio Berbiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Blas Baumar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yutuyaco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Baumar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blas Baumar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Amor was the one to do the kick off. Conrado Phelipe tried in the 53rd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Leonides Sandaili a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. SC Quarz United's Leonides Sandaili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Amor in the 61st minute of play. Enzo Amor struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Leonides Sandaili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yutuyaco AFC. In the 71st minute, Leandro Benvido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Honorio Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Baumar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, Blas Baumar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes SC Quarz United got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Phelipe. Blas Baumar took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Sandaili. Leonides Sandaili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.
