The audience was convinced that Delmiro Ulizes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Segio was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Manuel Nuñez charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Aureo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Theobald FC's Geronimo Reynardo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Isaac Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Paublo in the 56th minute of play forced Jazz's goalkeeper Rolando Segio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Freddy Paublo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Segio was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Delmiro Ulizes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Segio having to interfere. Jazz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Theobald FC the free kick. Juan Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Freddy Paublo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A nice corner shot did that Abelardo Castel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruben Estebe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Jazz's Rolando Segio got control of the ball when Delmiro Ulizes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Segio came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Theobald FC's Delmiro Ulizes. But to his dismay, Delmiro Ulizes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Theobald FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
