In the 12th minute Ignacio Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Glorioso Newell´s's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Rey came free, but Hernan Hegoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Spartak Kamchatka IFK defense, Severiano Sesuldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Baldovino. The Spartak Kamchatka IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Baldovino should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, Herminio Bidun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28thth minute of the game Ignacio Rey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glorioso Newell´s's Hernan Hegoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute Tiburcio Bela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severiano Sesuldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Raymond might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Baldovino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roberto Mitxel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Hegoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Mitxel in the 46th minute of play forced Glorioso Newell´s's goalkeeper Hernan Hegoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Abel Raymond ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Baldovino was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 57th minute Ignacio Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Canor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spartak Kamchatka IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glorioso Newell´s the free kick. Spartak Kamchatka IFK's Humberto Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Sesuldo in the 61st minute of play. Abel Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Herminio Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Saverio Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4-1 came in the 87th minute when Abel Raymond all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Humberto Baldovino. Humberto Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Spartak Kamchatka IFK got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Canor.
