Spectators: 7020 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edelmiro Romildo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Córdoba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Celso Oriche scored to the left of an out of position Justino Silvino, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Chinguillo FC's Celedonio Beltxe got a free kick in the 9th minute. Celso Oriche struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Justino Silvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinguillo FC. 16 minutes into the match, Córdoba's goalkeeper Justino Silvino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celestino Arotza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Oriche in the 19th minute of play forced Córdoba's goalkeeper Justino Silvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Edelmiro Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Elizardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Modestio in the 24th minute of the match. Reynaldo Eguzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justino Silvino having to make a save. In the 27th minute, Córdoba's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Celestino Arotza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Celestino Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Justino Silvino made a huge save. Celso Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Justino Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Arotza made a kick off. Celestino Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Córdoba's zone, Celso Oriche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Silvino came out of the goal and Celso Oriche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute Celso Oriche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Celestino Arotza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Silvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Oriche in the 64th minute of play. Teodoro Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Romildo in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Celestino Arotza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Justino Silvino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaudencio Cesaro charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Cesaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chinguillo FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gaudencio Cesaro hit a great ball. Teodoro Elizardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Viviano in the 74th minute. 76 minutes in the game, Edelmiro Romildo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teodoro Elizardo having to interfere. Celestino Arotza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Silvino having to interfere. The supporters of Córdoba booed when Chinguillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Joanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Elizardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Viviano went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Chinguillo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
