In the 6th match minute, Ramona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Jacob to maneuver through the defense. After 10 played minutes Ramona got a freekick which was hit by Placido Bermudez. In the 13th minute of the match, Santos Henrico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgard Rencio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alonzo Jacob received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Emin Flex tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Santos Henrico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Rencio was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Ramona's Edgard Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ramona from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Frutos came free, but Emin Flex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes, Ildefonso Haimar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ramona and the Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Ramona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Haimar to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the game, Santos Henrico recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgard Rencio. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Alonzo Jacob got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Americo Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Edgard Rencio made a huge save.

After having played for 52 minutes, Wilfredo Quirce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Quirce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emin Flex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Frutos in the 56th minute of the match. Alonzo Jacob's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Emin Flex skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Santos Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Henrico in the 64th minute of play forced Ramona's goalkeeper Edgard Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Hibai struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Edgard Rencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ. In the 89th match minute, Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Vela to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ramona players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gimnasia Y Esgrima BJ.
