But to his dismay, Serafino Herena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to C.A River Plate getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Arsenio Sesuldo hit a great ball. Aldo Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Tibalt having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Herena in the 33rd minute of play forced C.A River Plate's goalkeeper Niceto Tibalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aldo Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of C.A River Plate booed when Los Halcones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Ferran didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Omar Hats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Halcones FC the free kick. After 91 played minutes C.A River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Omar Hats. With a little luck, C.A River Plate's Niceto Tibalt got control of the ball when Aldo Maju tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafino Herena in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Tibalt saved C.A River Plate from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Halcones FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
