Pirata Cordobes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 16th minute of the match, Eugenio Cloyo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Damian Egoitz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eugenio Cloyo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Egoitz. Damian Egoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Club Atletico El Campeón's Damian Egoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico El Campeón from getting a goal against them. Eugenio Cloyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Damian Egoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Egoitz was a little too slow when Alberto Senen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-0. If Alberto Senen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Bemabe succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Cloyo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico El Campeón's zone, Feliciano Toribio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Egoitz came out of the goal and Feliciano Toribio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugenio Cloyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Egoitz having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Club Atletico El Campeón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Donzel to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Cloyo took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Egoitz. Damian Egoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Aquiles Quexal made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Filomeno Guilabertus sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Guilabertus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Aquiles Quexal made a huge save. Eugenio Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Egoitz having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Eugenio Cloyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Pirata Cordobes's Eugenio Cloyo in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico El Campeón's goalie prevented a goal. Pirata Cordobes's Alberto Senen got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico El Campeón's Ernesto Muc got a free kick in the 80th minute. Damian Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Otoniel in the 84th minute of play. Pirata Cordobes were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Club Atletico El Campeón's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arsenio Pancho took the corner. Nereo Olivar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Aquiles Quexal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Inocencio Donzel. Damian Egoitz came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pirata Cordobes's Eugenio Cloyo. But to his dismay, Eugenio Cloyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. There was no doubt that Pirata Cordobes were the better team. Pirata Cordobes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
