Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeo Adrio started the match with the kick off. Arnulfo Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 10th minute Placido Cordara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Olayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Cruz de Hierro's Severino Aragones made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Olayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Venancio Dino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Severino Saturnin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnulfo Santio was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20thth minute of the game Amadeo Adrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruz de Hierro's Arnulfo Santio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severino Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arnulfo Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Santio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Saturnin in the 27th minute of the match. Venancio Dino's late challenge caught a MugrososFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Dino helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Cruz de Hierro got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Dino. Amadeo Adrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Arnulfo Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Adrio took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Santio. Arnulfo Santio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Severino Aragones struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Lino Olayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cruz de Hierro. Placido Cordara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Lino Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Placido Cordara made a kick off. After a rather tough play, MugrososFC's Baldomiro Telo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. MugrososFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Adrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Olayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Cordara in the 69th minute of play. If Severino Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Severino Aragones put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lino Olayo. Lino Olayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Aragones in the 87th minute of the match. Severino Aragones took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Olayo. Lino Olayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Severino Saturnin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Santio made a huge save. Cruz de Hierro's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
