Florentino Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Dionisio Toli fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Titanes's protests and gave Dionisio Toli a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Club Atlético Titanes got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Toli. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Estebe in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Llin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Ceferino Llin managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Club Atlético Titanes's Hermengildo Estebe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 87 minutes of play, Club Atlético Titanes's Silvio Abaunza made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ceferino Llin was left in no man's land by his defense there!
