If Samuel Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Ostadar charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Ostadar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vladimiro Ostadar hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Reynaldo Lorenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silverio Kemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Urbasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Reynaldo Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when El Aguacero FC's Reynaldo Lorenz in the 28th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Alejandro Eladio was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for PBTs through an amazing save. Reynaldo Lorenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Alejandro Eladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PBTs's Oscar Bartoli got a free kick in the 35th minute. Aaron Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Kemen having to interfere. When Reynaldo Lorenz fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Aguacero FC's protests and gave Reynaldo Lorenz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Reynaldo Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Lorenz was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Kemen having to interfere. Samuel Frans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Eladio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes PBTs got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Ostadar. Aaron Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silverio Kemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Urbasa in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Frans in the 69th minute of play forced PBTs's goalkeeper Alejandro Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71st play minutes Samuel Frans shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Alejandro Eladio and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of PBTs booed when El Aguacero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Bernaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, El Aguacero FC's Silverio Kemen got control of the ball when Alfredo Urbasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, El Aguacero FC's Samuel Frans made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Eladio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aaron Vasco struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Silverio Kemen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PBTs. Silverio Kemen came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by PBTs's Alfredo Urbasa. But to his dismay, Alfredo Urbasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 91 minutes into the game, El Aguacero FC's Samuel Frans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alejandro Eladio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. El Aguacero FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
