Deportivo Pachurro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madryn the free kick. Deportivo Pachurro's Gonzalo Laurentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Gustau in the 22nd minute of play. When Casimiro Gustau came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Madryn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Gustau couldn't finish the play. Iker Heli came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gonzalo Laurentzi could save by the left post. If Iker Heli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Madryn's Andres Abalos got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Teodoro Mendebal fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Pachurro's protests and gave Teodoro Mendebal a yellow card for diving instead. Teodoro Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute Casimiro Gustau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Laurentzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
