Amador Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Cordaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Amador Duarte came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético La Escoria's Rodrigo Loren. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Loren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute Benicio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Rodrigo Loren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético La Escoria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Uriel Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Club Atlético La Escoria's Cipriano Quico broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 47 played minutes Club Atlético La Escoria got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Procopio. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Loren made a kick off. Elvio Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Joanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Loren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Duarte was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 61st minute Rodrigo Loren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Terra FC's Fidel Guillerme got a free kick in the 63rd minute.
