An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Gregory in the 10th minute of play forced C.A.Temperley's goalkeeper Eustaquio Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eustaquio Birila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rigoberto Bartuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Gregory in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Birila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eustaquio Birila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Gregory's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. C.A.Temperley's Eustaquio Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Gregory in the 32nd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Gregory to strike the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Bartuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Gavino Amaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Marz in the 56th minute of play. Rigoberto Bartuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Eustaquio Birila was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benigno Ospetsu. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A.Temperley! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Leoni AFC. Benigno Ospetsu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eustaquio Birila. 0-1. In the 83rd minute, Aldo Gregory had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Marco Txanton fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Temperley's protests and gave Marco Txanton a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, C.A.Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Txanton to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Bartuelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eustaquio Birila made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Temperley's zone, Mauro Goizeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Birila came out of the goal and Mauro Goizeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Birila having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Leoni AFC's Rigoberto Bartuelo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After having played for 101 minutes, Dionisio Mikolas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Temperley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Mikolas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leoni AFC played a much better game than C.A.Temperley and deserved their victory. The C.A.Temperley players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
