Celestino Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Bizen, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Boca Juniors's Erasmo Ulizes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
