Lisandro Lartaun was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Salomon in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Urti saved Domínguez from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Gerardo Urti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. N. Chicago's Roberto Brion got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Salomon in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Urti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. N. Chicago's Gonzalo Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Roderigo in the 19th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Domínguez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Ellande to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Gerardo Urti throw himself and got hold of the ball when Higinio Salomon in the 31stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gerardo Urti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Salomon's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Gerardo Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Brion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Lartaun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gerardo Urti made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Higinio Salomon made the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Salomon in the 52nd minute of the match. Domínguez's Gerardo Urti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Laurgain in the 56th minute of play. When N. Chicago's Higinio Salomon in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Domínguez's goalie prevented a goal. Gerardo Urti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Salomon's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Cosme Laurgain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73rd play minutes Higinio Salomon shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Gerardo Urti and just under the crossbar into goal. When Raimundo Ellande came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Domínguez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Ellande couldn't finish the play. Gerardo Urti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Guido Bilbo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the N. Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Bilbo couldn't finish the play. Gerardo Urti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Salomon's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. A collision led to Domínguez getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Raimundo Ellande hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the N. Chicago players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
