Severo Urritz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Tibalt. Deportivo Almafuerte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26 played minutes defensivo f.c got a freekick which was hit by Justino Cordeiro. The supporters of Deportivo Almafuerte booed when defensivo f.c was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Urritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 52 minutes, Faustino Gabino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Almafuerte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Gabino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Cordeiro in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Tibalt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. defensivo f.c made a substitution. Inocencio Montay replaced Justino Cordeiro.
