Spectators: 7281 (Terracing: 5463, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sixto Montrell got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Selmo came free, but Ivan Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbano Naike succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Montrell in the 12th minute of play forced Kraken FC's goalkeeper Ivan Gitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Naike in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Umbruso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfonso Ignazio's late challenge caught a Kraken FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Ignazio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ovara's Alfonso Ignazio got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Vasile Drogoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Benito Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Gitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wladyslaw Grabski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Urbano Naike got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Kraken FC's Vasile Drogoreanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavino Umbruso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Urbano Naike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Umbruso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Eustacio Ciano kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Urbano Naike made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Ovara defense, Wladyslaw Grabski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Umbruso. The Ovara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Umbruso should have stopped the shot. Gavino Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Naike in the 57th minute of the match. After 59 minutes of play Ovara's Alfonso Ignazio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ovara's Alfonso Ignazio got a free kick in the 60th minute. Urbano Naike recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vasile Drogoreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gavino Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Ovara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. 5-0 became the score in the 75th minute when Urbano Naike elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Romulo Maiorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ovara's zone, Vasile Drogoreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Umbruso came out of the goal and Vasile Drogoreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 81 minutes of play, Kraken FC's Vasile Drogoreanu made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Umbruso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86thth minute of the game Urbano Naike who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ovara's Gavino Umbruso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Vasile Drogoreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gavino Umbruso. Ovara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Drogoreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ovara's zone, Romulo Maiorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Umbruso came out of the goal and Romulo Maiorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 minutes, Urbano Naike made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ovara's Gavino Umbruso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Kraken FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
