After 30 played minutes Chimbas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Sasoin. Maximus AFC's Severo Gotzon pulled a muscle in his back after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Saul Sasoin hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Herminio Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Mark in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Joel Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chimbas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Mark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Vito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Romulo Botello hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Maximus AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Mark came free, but Herminio Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Maximus AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
