Paulo Raulo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Libertad in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Etxahun saved La Gacela FC from getting behind. Ezequiel Libertad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Etxahun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Felix Larra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Etxahun having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Estebe was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Cecilio Nuno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ramon Etxahun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Larra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramon Etxahun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Libertad in the 94th minute of play. If Bernabe Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Gacela FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
