Spectators: 6622 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ciriaco Etxeberri took the kick off in the first half of the match. Los Duendes Verdes's Hilario Argenis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Estevez in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Los Duendes Verdes's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Herrera came free, but Hilario Argenis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ceferino Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes, Evelio Cordaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anguli AFC and the Los Duendes Verdes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anguli AFC's Evelio Cordaro got a free kick in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciriaco Etxeberri during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Ciriaco Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ceferino Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Anguli AFC booed when Los Duendes Verdes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Vitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rogelio Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Duendes Verdes's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Oihenarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Haritzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Victor Egun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Oihenarte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Valentin Haritzeder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valentin Haritzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Hilario Argenis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Herrera in the 36th minute of play. Rogelio Oihenarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Anguli AFC's Valentin Haritzeder got control of the ball when Rogelio Oihenarte tried to sneak it across the goal line.

In the 51st minute, Octavio Egoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Haritzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Anguli AFC's Lucas Estevez got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Los Duendes Verdes defense, Ceferino Herrera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Argenis. The Los Duendes Verdes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Argenis should have stopped the shot. Valentin Haritzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anguli AFC's Valentin Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Oihenarte in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Rogelio Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Haritzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Haritzeder came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Duendes Verdes's Ciriaco Etxeberri. But to his dismay, Ciriaco Etxeberri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Ciriaco Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Haritzeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Oihenarte went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Anguli AFC's Pastor Lope got a free kick in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Oihenarte in the 84th minute of play forced Anguli AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Haritzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Duendes Verdes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
