Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5381, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 100) ca tres arroyos's Serafino Feliz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pierini's Sixto Faro got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zeledon Paskal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Faro in the 9th minute of play. Pierini's Carlos Lop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Ur in the 25th minute of play. Anastasio Satordi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Gabriel Ur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Serafino Feliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Serafino Feliz came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the ca tres arroyos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafino Feliz couldn't finish the play. Carlos Lop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Feliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixto Faro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Teodoro Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Paskal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes ca tres arroyos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cornelio Ferrando who took care of the corner kick. Teodoro Milian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Paskal having to interfere. Pierini's Teodoro Milian suffered a concussion after 60 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Errolan during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Cipriano Errolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celedonio Banegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Zeledon Paskal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sixto Faro in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Paskal saved ca tres arroyos from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pierini's Cornelio Ferrando got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Saul Iraido sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pierini's Carlos Lop didn't even have to move. ca tres arroyos's Gabriel Ur got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Ur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Lop didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquilino Baumar went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gabriel Ur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Carlos Lop made a huge save. Bernardino Ugutz hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Pierini supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ca tres arroyos's performance. The match ended with a win for ca tres arroyos.
