One of Macho de la esquina:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ukukus FC:s goal. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Ukukus FC. Anier Herensuge stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abel Etxatxu. 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Anacleto Luzaide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Abel Etxatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erubiel Mero took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Etxatxu. Abel Etxatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Erubiel Mero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Etxatxu having to interfere. Anacleto Luzaide didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 24th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Anacleto Luzaide ran dejectedly back to his position. Elpidio Oxel struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Alberto Favila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macho de la esquina. The supporters of Macho de la esquina booed when Ukukus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ukukus FC's Anacleto Luzaide in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Macho de la esquina's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36th minute, Macho de la esquina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Erubiel Mero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Anacleto Luzaide in the 36th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Abel Etxatxu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 4-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Anacleto Luzaide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Abel Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Luzaide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Etxatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

When Gavino Frantzes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ukukus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Frantzes couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute Anacleto Luzaide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Etxatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Mero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Erubiel Mero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Etxatxu. Macho de la esquina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erubiel Mero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Erubiel Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Abel Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anacleto Luzaide's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Etxatxu was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 73 minutes into the game, Anacleto Luzaide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Abel Etxatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Luzaide in the 83rd minute of play. If Anacleto Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Mero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Etxatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Luzaide's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ukukus FC fully deserved thier win.
