After recieving a nice pass, Revolucion 3CV's Leonides Feliz tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ramon Errapel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Revolucion 3CV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Errapel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Mendez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Atené's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Walme came free, but Valentin Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Mendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes Atené got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Hondo. If Ramon Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th match minute, Atené was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Hondo to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Revolucion 3CV's Elias Walme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Mendez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valentin Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Errapel, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Ramon Errapel came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Revolucion 3CV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Errapel couldn't finish the play. Valentin Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Walme in the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Errapel in the 49th minute of play forced Atené's goalkeeper Valentin Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Odilon was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Benito Odilon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Garin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Revolucion 3CV's Ramon Errapel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Mendez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Revolucion 3CV's zone, Benito Odilon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Garin came out of the goal and Benito Odilon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Mendez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Errapel's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Ramon Errapel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ramon Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Errapel in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Mendez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Atené's Adolfo Abarca got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Ramon Errapel came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Revolucion 3CV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Errapel couldn't finish the play. Elias Walme's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Valentin Mendez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andres Machado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Valentin Mendez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valentin Mendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Errapel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valentin Mendez came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramon Errapel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 98th minute. Revolucion 3CV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
