A collision led to Riber y su mancha getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ciro Ixidor hit a great ball. If Joel Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Joel Kimetz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Kimetz got free with Justino Rojelio in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Orland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Ritchie having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joel Kimetz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justino Rojelio was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Joel Kimetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustaquio Jordy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Rojelio having to interfere. Joel Kimetzs short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Justino Rojelio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Florencio Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Ritchie having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Javier Sabino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Independiente Pigüé's supporters rose to their feet, but Javier Sabino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Rojelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Kimetz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingo Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. When Joel Kimetz came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Club Independiente Pigüé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Kimetz couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Joel Kimetz made a precise shot to the right of Justino Rojelio. Riber y su mancha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 58th minute Joel Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Rojelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Kimetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Riber y su mancha's Justino Rojelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Kimetz in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Henry Ahlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Kimetz in the 71st minute of play forced Riber y su mancha's goalkeeper Justino Rojelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Kimetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Rojelio having to interfere. In the 80th minute Joel Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Rojelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Jonathan Orland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riber y su mancha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Orland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Kimetz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justino Rojelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Club Independiente Pigüé players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
