The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Arias y Guidi booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Gar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Gartzen in the 23rd minute of play forced Miraflores's goalkeeper Primitivo Oxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Gartzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Oxel having to interfere. When Edgardo Urdaspal fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arias y Guidi's protests and gave Edgardo Urdaspal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Miraflores booed when Arias y Guidi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Urdaspal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miraflores's Eugenio Refugio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arias y Guidi. If Denis Gartzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Ramone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Oxel having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denis Gartzen made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. Primitivo Oxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Haritzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Saverio Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arias y Guidi's zone, Eulalio Haritzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Mon came out of the goal and Eulalio Haritzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Belasko kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Saverio Mon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Saverio Mon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Gar in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute, Denis Gartzen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arias y Guidi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Arias y Guidi's zone, Eulalio Haritzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Mon came out of the goal and Eulalio Haritzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 minutes of play Miraflores's Vicente Gar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 74th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Gar to maneuver through the defense. When Denis Gartzen came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Arias y Guidi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Gartzen couldn't finish the play. Everardo Celio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Primitivo Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Gartzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Santos Lonzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saverio Mon. Arias y Guidi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Lonzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. There was no doubt that Arias y Guidi were the better team. Arias y Guidi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
