Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgardo Rivero started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Chumillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Sarracino. Eugenio Arias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gino Santana made a huge save. Marco Frasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Rivero took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Llanos. Remigio Llanos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 24 played minutes Chumillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Rozarius. Gino Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Santos in the 28th minute of the match. Eugenio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Arias got free with Gino Santana in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niceto Breogan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remigio Llanos. Chumillo AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marco Frasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Llanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Frasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Albano Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chumillo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pico Fútbol Club the free kick. Albano Santos hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The Chumillo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pico Fútbol Club were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albano Santos made a kick off. When Angelo Rozarius fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chumillo AFC's protests and gave Angelo Rozarius a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Chumillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Rozarius. Remigio Llanos came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Pico Fútbol Club's Marco Frasco. But to his dismay, Marco Frasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Albano Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Santana having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Santos in the 66th minute of play forced Pico Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Gino Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pico Fútbol Club's zone, Eugenio Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gino Santana came out of the goal and Eugenio Arias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eugenio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pico Fútbol Club's Gino Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Santos in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Marco Frasco could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Remigio Llanos however easily saved by the left post. Albano Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Santana having to interfere. Ezequiel Libertad hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pico Fútbol Club's zone, Lorenzo Ipar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gino Santana came out of the goal and Lorenzo Ipar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Chumillo AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pico Fútbol Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Pico Fútbol Club.
