After a defensive mix-up in Géminis AC's zone, Melchor Oliviero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Maore came out of the goal and Melchor Oliviero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 minutes of play, Konoha FC's Melchor Oliviero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Maore was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Konoha FC booed when Géminis AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Gonsalvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Dionisio Maore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Oliviero struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Dionisio Maore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konoha FC. Jorge Ponce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Iztal struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dionisio Maore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konoha FC. Konoha FC's Saverio Stephen got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Honorio Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melchor Oliviero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Maore having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Ceferino Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelino Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Lizbeth in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Konoha FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melchor Oliviero was the one to do the kick off. Melchor Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelino Esdras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Lizbeth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchor Oliviero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Maore having to make a save. 58 minutes into the match, Géminis AC's goalkeeper Dionisio Maore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Oliviero. After a rather tough play, Géminis AC's Federico Lizbeth got a free kick in the 60th minute. Dionisio Maore made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Melchor Oliviero sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Martxot hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Fernando Suero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchor Oliviero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Dionisio Maore skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Genaro Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Froilan Kaiet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Esdras having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Saverio Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Géminis AC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nereo Llope hit a great ball. Konoha FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
