Edgardo Cai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Tacuarendí's Elvio Incendio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Eneko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 21st match minute, Mandrake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Arnalt to maneuver through the defense. Ildefonso Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Uriel Goren's late challenge caught a Tacuarendí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uriel Goren helped the player get up and apologised. Elvio Incendio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a rather tough play, Mandrake's Remigio Bermund got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Edgardo Cai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Eneko. Mandrake's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Cai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Serafin Eneko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Palben in the 38th minute of the match. Remigio Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Arsenio Gasteiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mandrake's Venancio Laurendi got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

After 54 minutes, Venancio Laurendi made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tacuarendí's Dante Koldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Tacuarendí getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Oscar Otsoa hit a great ball. Mandrake's Rigoberto Arnalt got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute of the match Rosendo Ekhi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Koldo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edgardo Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Elvio Incendio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Eneko. The goal made the score 1-4. Venancio Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute Ildefonso Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Venancio Laurendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacuarendí's Dante Koldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Edgardo Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Incendio scored 1-5 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Eneko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88thth minute of the game Edgardo Cai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mandrake's Serafin Eneko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elvio Incendio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafin Eneko came out and tried to block the shot, but Elvio Incendio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 90th minute. If Edgardo Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
