Napoleón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Rosario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Guilabertus hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Rosario got free with Prospero Rocendo in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Guilabertus to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Rolando Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Napoleón's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Rosario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prospero Rocendo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Gaitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Napoleón reached it. Rolando Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Prospero Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Rocendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Rosario in the 78th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Spurr's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Rosario came free, but Prospero Rocendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolando Rosario in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Rocendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Rosario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hernan Raymond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
