With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casimiro Corderall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Gap FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Koldobika came free, but Luisito Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes, Daniel Venceslas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gap FC and the MELOS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Marko in the 11th minute of play forced Gap FC's goalkeeper Luisito Bilbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of MELOS FC booed when Gap FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Marko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisito Bilbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Claus in the 19th minute of play forced MELOS FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Corderall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Aaron Dantae got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 43 minutes into the game, Honorato Txurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MELOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gap FC the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Gap FC's Remigio Orlondon tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Aaron Dantae struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Casimiro Corderall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gap FC. 63 minutes into the match, Gap FC's goalkeeper Luisito Bilbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Naelio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Marko in the 64th minute of play forced Gap FC's goalkeeper Luisito Bilbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Venceslas got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 66th match minute, Gap FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Venceslas to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Naelio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luisito Bilbo came out and tried to block the shot, but Isidro Naelio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 67th minute. Cayetano Marko hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, MELOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Dantae came free, but Casimiro Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Txurio was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, MELOS FC's Honorato Txurio got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Gerardo Katia fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MELOS FC's protests and gave Gerardo Katia a yellow card for diving instead.
