Chepes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chau mz the free kick. Jairo Santo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Geronimo Iyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Iyan in the 7th minute of play forced Chau mz's goalkeeper Niceto Brais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Geronimo Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Brais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 10 in the game by Honorato Iyan from a close distance when the talented Niceto Brais managed to make a qualified save. Chau mz's players were relieved. If Honorato Iyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Chau mz got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Medardo. In the 31stth minute of the game Mauro Medardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chepes's Angel Loi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauro Medardo scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angel Loi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. During the 37th minute of the match Jairo Santo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jairo Santo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 38th minute, Jairo Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Chepes's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Medardo came free, but Angel Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Loi came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Chau mz's Mauro Medardo. But to his dismay, Mauro Medardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Medardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mauro Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Angel Loi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chau mz's goalkeeper Niceto Brais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niceto Brais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Iyan in the 60th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Chepes's goalkeeper Angel Loi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Giro. Geronimo Iyan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Honorato Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Brais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Iyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Brais having to interfere. Angel Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Ixona during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Chau mz:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chepes:s goal. Justo Jakobe walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Honorato Iyan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niceto Brais having to make a save. The Chepes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chau mz's performance. The match ended with a win for Chau mz.
