The MerylStreep fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 8 minutes, Tadeo Gau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MerylStreep's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Gau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Guter Spieler came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the MerylStreep fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guter Spieler couldn't finish the play. Tomas Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Gau in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Tadeo Gau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MerylStreep fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Gau in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Karmel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tadeo Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Karmel having to interfere. Yalapa's Tomas Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ás No in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Domingos Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MerylStreep fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Guter Spieler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Tadeo Gau managed to get in a good position for a shot. MerylStreep's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Gau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Gau might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Karmel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Gau ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half MerylStreep were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nunez Lesardo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Tadeo Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ás No sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55thth minute of the game Tadeo Gau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yalapa's Tomas Karmel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 57 in the game by Tadeo Gau from a close distance when the talented Tomas Karmel managed to make a qualified save. Yalapa's players were relieved. Domingos Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Tomas Karmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Karmel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ás No in the 61st minute of the match. Tadeo Gau in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomas Karmel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tomas Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ás No in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Yalapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Larpe to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Yalapa's Tomas Karmel got control of the ball when Domingos Tajo tried to sneak it across the goal line. MerylStreep's Rene Sadurni got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tadeo Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yalapa's zone, Saul Henry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Karmel came out of the goal and Saul Henry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Yalapa getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Justino Iruinea hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, MerylStreep's Domingos Tajo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Karmel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute Ás No shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as MerylStreep's Ás No slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Karmel. That made the score 0-5 after 86 minutes of play. 89 minutes into the match, Yalapa's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Tajo came free, but Tomas Karmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tadeo Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MerylStreep's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
