Sportivo La Candela's Everardo Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Garaona in the 66th minute of play. Timoteo Rosario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Everardo Sauveur made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Rosario got free with Everardo Sauveur in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute of the match, Timoteo Rosario got a very nice opportunity to score, but Everardo Sauveur was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
