Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Godfredo Pirro kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Pirro in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Oso saved New Zanzibar from getting behind. After 6 played minutes Mechongué got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Turi. New Zanzibar's Urbano Oso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save New Zanzibar from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in New Zanzibar's zone, Albano Nayely stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Oso came out of the goal and Albano Nayely tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Oso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Pirro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Godfredo Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godfredo Pirro in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbano Oso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Mechongué's Godfredo Pirro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. David Montrell struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Urbano Oso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mechongué. Filomeno Turi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Urbano Oso made a huge save. In the 29thth minute of the game Godfredo Pirro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Zanzibar's Urbano Oso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Urbano Oso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godfredo Pirro's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When Albano Nayely came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Mechongué fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Nayely couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd match minute, New Zanzibar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Su to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Pirro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Urbano Oso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Pirro in the 40th minute of play forced New Zanzibar's goalkeeper Urbano Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Pirro in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Oso saved New Zanzibar from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliberto Gai made a kick off. Filomeno Turi might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urbano Oso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filomeno Turi ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, New Zanzibar's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Nayely came free, but Urbano Oso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Montrell kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Gogo Lidon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nestor Peli. Mechongué's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Godfredo Pirro took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urbano Oso. Urbano Oso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Albano Nayely scored 4-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urbano Oso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mechongué's Benicio Peruxu got a free kick in the 83rd minute. New Zanzibar's Urbano Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Pirro in the 92nd minute of play. In the 97th minute Godfredo Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Oso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
