Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcos Primeiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Leonardo Ihintza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the sgs team FC and the E. de L.P. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to sgs team FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Leonardo Ihintza hit a great ball. Domingos Rufio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Gumaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Ramond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. If Marcos Primeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Ihintza took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Rufio. Domingos Rufio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marcos Primeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Celedonio Ramond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Eusko hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Serafin Gumaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Rufio came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by sgs team FC's Feliberto Quintan. But to his dismay, Feliberto Quintan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31stth minute of the game Marcos Primeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but sgs team FC's Celedonio Ramond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celedonio Ramond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Celedonio Ramond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Primeiro in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Marcos Primeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E. de L.P.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Primeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Feliberto Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot. sgs team FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Quintan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Rufio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingos Rufio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliberto Quintan to strike the kick off in the second half. Feliberto Quintan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, E. de L.P.'s goalkeeper Domingos Rufio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Ihintza. Leonardo Ihintzas short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Domingos Rufio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Artemio Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Victorio Gau's late challenge caught a E. de L.P.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorio Gau helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to sgs team FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Victorio Gau hit a great ball. In the 70th match minute, sgs team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Figueroa to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Gumaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Celedonio Ramond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Gumaro in the 73rd minute of play forced sgs team FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Ramond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Ramond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Primeiro in the 75th minute of play. After some careless play in the sgs team FC defense, Serafin Gumaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Ramond. The sgs team FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Ramond should have stopped the shot. Octavio Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Rufio having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Bernardino Tino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sgs team FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E. de L.P. the free kick. Bernardino Tino hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, E. de L.P.'s goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Quintan came free, but Domingos Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. E. de L.P.'s Domingos Rufio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save E. de L.P. from getting a goal against them. The sgs team FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing sgs team FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
