An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Liberto in the 4th minute of play forced Fraga FC's goalkeeper Santiago Maraman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Automoto booed when Fraga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Balendin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Lizardi charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Lizardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fraga FC's Ramon Lizardi got a free kick in the 14th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Liberto got free with Santiago Maraman in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Gilberto Rudolfo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Automoto's Moises Gartxot. Moises Gartxot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moises Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Louis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Santiago Maraman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Fraga FC booed when Automoto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Columbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Gaston Mogel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moises Gartxot skillfully saved the ball. Gilberto Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Flores was the one to do the kick off. If Gilberto Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ubaldo Balendin fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fraga FC's protests and gave Ubaldo Balendin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Jonas Louis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Maraman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 62 played minutes Automoto got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Formerio. In the 63rd play minute Gilberto Rudolfo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Moises Gartxot. 2-2. Miguel Flores struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Moises Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fraga FC. A collision led to Fraga FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Fidel Mercurio hit a great ball. Aurelio Liberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Maraman having to make a save. Jonas Louis took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Maraman. Santiago Maraman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Jonas Louis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Santiago Maraman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Automoto's Alejo Formerio got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Alejo Formerio off the ground. In the 90th match minute, Automoto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Formerio to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fraga FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Automoto.
