If Horacio Mitxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Stephen having to interfere. Isaias Stephen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Mitxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chakales FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrancas were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Mitxel made a kick off. Alejo Abilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Bazkoare, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Horacio Mitxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gonzalo Urritz fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chakales FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Urritz a yellow card for diving instead. With an all-out effort, Barrancas's Isaias Stephen threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anibal Nicholas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isaias Stephen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Mitxel went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Isaias Stephen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Nicholas's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Chakales FC's Isaias Stephen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Chakales FC from getting a goal against them. Augusto Mitxaut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Isaias Stephen made a huge save. If Anibal Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Mitxel got free with Isaias Stephen in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaias Stephen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Mitxel in the 95th minute. Barrancas played a much better game than Chakales FC and deserved their victory.
