Aureliano Cresitobalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmar Barrionuevo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Che in the 34th minute of play forced Guano FC's goalkeeper Rafael Panfilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Rosalio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, SantisimaTrinidad's Anibal Che sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Panfilo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Anibal Che made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Panfilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Roano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Pitin kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. SantisimaTrinidad's Alberto Elizardo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rafael Panfilo but with some difficulty. Jorge Ciano kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Alberto Elizardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Panfilo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Anibal Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Rencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Delmar Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Barrionuevo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Anibal Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Aureliano Cresitobalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Panfilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Che, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in SantisimaTrinidad's zone, Aureliano Cresitobalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Barrionuevo came out of the goal and Aureliano Cresitobalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 88 played minutes SantisimaTrinidad got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Maraman. Delmar Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Cresitobalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Rafael Panfilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Che in the 93rd minute of the match. Rafael Daunte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rafael Panfilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anibal Che in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Panfilo saved Guano FC from getting behind. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
