After 4 minutes, Julian Eriz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Nicolas and the EL MAGO DE OZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atlético Nicolas's Bartolo Federigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Errolan in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Atlético Nicolas booed when EL MAGO DE OZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Raebert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 minutes, Delmiro Beltxe made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. EL MAGO DE OZ's Lisandro Matro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Delmiro Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 17 minutes, Marcial Guillelmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Nicolas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Guillelmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th match minute, EL MAGO DE OZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Lico to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Errolan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Federigo having to interfere. Moises Lico's late challenge caught a Atlético Nicolas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Lico helped the player get up and apologised. Moises Lico kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Israel Jakobe during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fulgencio Asteri missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 32 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Lisandro Matro right hand side. 37 minutes into the game, Marciano Txordon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Nicolas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL MAGO DE OZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Atlético Nicolas's Marciano Txordon got a free kick in the 37th minute. Delmiro Beltxe had several of the EL MAGO DE OZ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 42 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Lisandro Matro as he didn't even see the shot coming. 46 minutes into the match, EL MAGO DE OZ's goalkeeper Lisandro Matro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmiro Beltxe. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Delmiro Beltxe made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Joaquin Gaitano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lisandro Matro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Roberto Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match Fulgencio Asteri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Matro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, EL MAGO DE OZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Lico to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Delmiro Beltxe put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lisandro Matro. Wilfredo Rivero made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Uriel Errolan however managed to control. Baldomero Tiadoro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match Fulgencio Asteri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Matro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roberto Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Matro having to interfere. EL MAGO DE OZ's Lisandro Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Beltxe in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmiro Beltxe in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Matro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerardo Raebert hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Asteri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lisandro Matro. EL MAGO DE OZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Atlético Nicolas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
